My complaint:
After not being able to link my bank or my PayPal to my etoro account I decided that I wanted to receive my funds and close the account which I was lied to over and over again by numerous associates stating that everything could be resolved anywhere from 48 to 72 hours and it’s been 5 days and I was just told oh we have to reach out to the cashiering team because it’s in Kay but it hasn’t been processed yet I was told by numerous associates with the emails stating this fact that it would be resolved within 72 hours so I was provided false information over and over again and I was told that my situation was escalated more than one time to that team yet and still nothing has been done about it
Suggested solution:
Provide my funds back to my Paypal account through manual transfer today and close my account
