My complaint:
Good afternoon,
eToro recently banned my account for no reason, and took all my shares and ETFs where I had a profit of approximately $50. I don’t understand how a regulated entity like this can take shares owned by someone else, for whatever reason. Which in this case there is not even any reason.
Also, after having received all the refunds from eToro, I realize that there is still a lot of money left to be refunded. The total amount that eToro omitted to refund was $150 aprox.
It’s unbelievable how eToro just stole this money from me and they don’t say anything.
Suggested solution:
Refunding me $200 for the profit of the ETFs stocks, as well as the refunds missing.
