My complaint:
We have been informed that we have to close our positions before 23-01-2021 … announcement
If I’m force to sell my positions I’m going to lose all my money and this is unacceptable. I don’t want to sell my positions that have been there since 2016. If Etoro force me to do this they should be responsible for the incompetence and at least give me investment without any losses.
Suggested solution:
I think that should give me my money back and a compensation for forcing me to close positions that I have since 2016.
Similar issue here. They liquidated my assets overnight and then lost the payments back to my accounts. They then expected me to do the running around to find it. Still in ‘conversations’ with them. Absolute criminal behaviour.
