My complaint:

i did a wire transfer to eToro Australia but was put on hold for 2 weeks due to lack of sufficient evidence on the bank statement i provided to them. So i told them to revert back to money to my bank account but was shocked to find out that it will take up to 2 weeks!! but one month delay?

Suggested solution:

should refund my money back to the original bank account as soon as possible. No excuse for 2 weeks delay.
