My complaint:
My account has been restricted since several months though I have provided all the information they requested. I have been chasing this several times since October and have been assured each time that it has been escalated and would be resolved soon. I have also raised formal complaint as I have been unable to withdraw my money causing me financial loss but they are seriously disappointing and just repeat they are working on it. Disgusting and now I m thinking of reporting them to financial conduct authority.
Suggested solution:
Unrestrict my account and release my money and pay for loss it has caused me asap
