My complaint:
I deposited $ 1000 ASD ( $ 641.05 USD ) on the 9th of August into my eToro account but instead of my account being credited it was debited. Before the deposit, there was a credit of $ 27.23 but now there is a negative $ 613.82. The Australian help center do not seem to have the skill nor inclination to resolve the matter and say that it was overnight fees and then mark the case off as completed without any real resolution
