My complaint:
Flight EY26 LHR to Abu Dhabi brought forward 5 hrs on 1st August
Flight EY450 Abu Dhabi to Sydney delayed by 5 hours on 2nd August . Total stay in transit 14 hrs !
Suggested solution:
Need to claim for 5 hrs delayed flight at Abu Dhabi . Need proof EY 450 delayed because of technical fault believe to be air conditioning as told us by Etihad pilot
