My complaint:

DFWEIZ ticket – 6072143660296 July 13th EY 77.

Etihad airways staff mistakenly checked-in two of our suitcases as a wrong final destination. Final destination for those suitcases should have been BOSTON instead of AMSTERDAM. Etihad staff at Abu Dhabi airport did admit their mistake on spot and told us that we’d have to collect our suitcase at Amsterdam airport which by the way resulted in us missing our next flight to Boston, our final destination. if Etihad airways staff had done their job right at first, we would have never missed our flight from AMS-BOS. We were refused boarding because we were too busy collecting our suitcasesgoing through immigration process etc. By the time we got to the airline counter, it was too late. We then had to rebook our flight. Just because of them inexperienced staff, a family of 5 (including children and a disabled person) had to suffer and through through many many problems.

Suggested solution:

DEMAND A FULL REFUND.
