Epic Games complaint: Support team laugh at my face

My complaint:

The email i got associsted to my epic games account got hacked, and mmicrosoft instead of recovering ir said that it goes against their policy to return it so they just suspended it permanently, well, now I cannot access the email and I need to link a new one, but when I contact the support team and give them all the information and photo evidence they just ignore it, say they cannot corroborate it is me and ditch me out. Even more laughable is that I am sending the emails from the same room where I created the epic games account and I even sent them my phone number (which I used on all epic game transactions) and even national ID document photo to prove that I am the owned of the credit cards used to make purchases in the account plus also match the address and name on the account. And not only that but I could still access the account and the support team without my consent forced a password recovery, basically denying me any access to the account

Suggested solution:

When they actual spend more time working and check what I send and say and give me back my account by changing the email to a new one I have access to.
