My complaint:
Someone called me a flea, a n-gga etc. and I retaliated in text chat which resulted in Epic Games banning me when I spent money to receive the premium rocket pass, preventing me from getting the value from the money I spent on the game and then intentionally delayed their response in support.
Suggested solution:
One of the following:
- Refund all of the purchases spent against the account.
- Let me finish the Premium Rocket Pass I paid for before the season ends by removing the ban.
- Award me the rewards in the Premium Rocket pass and let the temporary suspension stay as the season will end prior to the temporary suspension..
