My complaint:
She needed an Epic Games account and I tried to create for her one, except when I have done that I have entered a wrong email address.
When Epic Games account was created, there is no email verification. I do not have access to that email address as it doesn’t belong to me or my family so the verification didn’t happened.
I tried telling them that. Now I’m worried that someone else can get access to personal details and my daughter’s Epic Games and it’s not right.
Suggested solution:
They should provide with email verification when an account is created. And the should be able to change the email address linked to my daughter\'s Epic Game\'s Display Name SweetAlexia14.
