My complaint:
My account was hacked on the 10th of October. As soon as I was hacked, I sent an e-mail to Epic. Since then, they have been telling me ”we can’t verify your ownership of the account”. So I have to just accept my account was stolen. I provided my IP address, my credit card details, my email, previously linked accounts, transaction ID, screenshots showing I was the owner of the account, but they still don’t want to help, and they don’t want to tell me what I’m not providing right. I’m stuck on my own. We have been back and forth for at least 20 messages.
Suggested solution:
By giving me my account back.
