My complaint:
River cruise canceled 8 hours after we arrived in Switzerland from US despite the fact that we made numerous phone calls to Emerald to before leaving US due to drought conditions. Spent ten days abroad entirely at our expense and still Emerald refusing refund. This is after they canceled twice previously due to covid. I seriously think this a pyramid scheme. Do not use Emerald.
Suggested solution:
Refund our money - we have 10 days of expenses for food and lodging after we paid them for same on a boat that NEVER SAILED.
