My complaint:
I got an email from Emerald, saying Second guest sails free offer is available across the 2024 Europe river cruise collection and I was being given this exclusive access to this offer before anyone else, as I was a member of their loyalty club. When I rang up to book I find that this offer is only available on some voyages in July and August. Hence I believe this email I received should have stated that it was limited to certain dates and not as it was indicating across all dates. This wasted my time which then gives me a negative view of Emerald who I have been very happy with previously.
Suggested solution:
Make sure they do not send me any further misleading correspondence
