My complaint:
On Jan 22, 2023 at 4:45pm, I ordered picked up a 12 piece family meal with extra tortillas. The bill exceeded $50 and I was completely disappointed with the food. The chicken was overcooked and extremely dry, the beans and rice were about 23 full and cold. The tortillas were stale and falling apart or dried out on the outer edges of the flour tortillas. The cole slaw 23 full and not cold. We ended up throwing most of the meal away and ended up cooking dinner at home. I have been a pretty loyal customer of El Pollo Loco throughout the years, but the food quality has changed and frankly, we cannot afford to throw away $40 or 50 worth of food and then have to cook anyway. Not sure what can be done, and I am not certain that we will continue to do business with El Pollo Loco (it is a real shame).

Suggested solution:
Recompense for the for the food and perhaps better quality control is warranted at this resaurtant.... If we continue to do business with El Pollo Loco we might need to try another location?
