My complaint:
I bought a chicken advocado salad today November 3rd and requested cilantro dressing. I used the drive thru.When I got home the cilantro dressing was not in the bag. The salad also was so spicey it burned my mouth. I have ordered this same salad from El Pollo Loco about 50 times in the last few years. Anyways this was not what I thought I was getting.
Suggested solution:
I don't know but I have been their customer for several years. They should review the order before they give it to the customer.
