My complaint:

I visited this El Pollo Loco on Copper Hill Drive in Valencia 4 times since it opened a couple of months ago and every time they have been out of certain items that come with a meal. yesterday my wife and I waited for
30 min in the drive up window line just for them to tell us they had no
chicken when we placed our order. They’re slow on service all they could tell us was sorry we didn’t see it coming (meaning the influx of people) totally unprepared the management seems inept and the employees need more training on service. Until there is an immediate change in this restaurants service and management performance I will not be going back there is no excuse for poor service and bad management. I don’t blame the employees as much, as it falls on management to be more responsible and show leadership skills which seems to me to be lacking.

Suggested solution:

Retrain management on a more effective way to run this business and they're crew.
