My complaint:
Jan. 9th and again on Jan 30 I had a 2 piece meal (breast wing),
Both times all the pieces were burned on edges and very dry. I am sure they had been siting on the grill waiting for me to come place my order.
I really like El Pollo but don’t know if I can put up with such burned pieces
Suggested solution:
Maybe keep pieces away from direct flames while waiting to be ordered
