El Pollo Loco complaint: bad service and feathers in cheicken

My complaint:

The service was VERY slow, I went inside and it was a 20 min wait just to order. There was one employee taking orders, one employee at the drive thru and one employee cooking. I saw another person walking in the back behind the counter holding a piece of paper, which she never came out to help. Dinner time is a very, very busy time and the drive thru and inside was crowded. the employees working there were very unorganized and people waiting in line were yelling at the employee taking orders, to take their order. I saw one person in line leave due to the long wait. ALSO, the chicken that is served are very small pieces, are they all mini chickens! the money that is paid is not a good value for what we got. Also, 2 pieces of the wings I received had feathers in them, which I trashed. All the above will make me NOT want to return.

Suggested solution:

1. Hire more people.
2. Train them on how to organize.
3. I should receive free complimentary chicken for at least 3 visits, and not mini size pieces of chicken.
