My complaint:

I joined the premium service. It ddi not state they would take a years money from you, they basically showed a monthly payment costs. They offered a 14 day cooling off period. In order to go forward , you have to answer questions. Then after this, i saw they had taken£208 from my bank, which basically left me penniless.I cancelled it straight away. I complained to them and they then changed the amount taken to £65 because of the question profile!!! This is illegal and against consumer rights.. My membership was for ONE DAY. I know they have been all over the papers, its about time they were stopped.

I want my £65 back
