My complaint:
I joint eharmony thinking it’s a good platform to meet men 3 hours in all I was getting are men that all they wanted it to eithe talk dirty so they can get off or ask for pictures of my private parts. So I deleted my account they are continuing to take money from my account always leaving me short for my other important bills I don’t have the money to replace it. I have emailed them numerous times asking them to stop they keep doing it. I just checked my account another $24:90 went out now I don’t have enough for my Insurance I don’t have the money to replace it. A payment of $13:95 went out on December 31, and another payment of $24:90 went out on January31, not this on February 25 of $24:90 went out on It’s putting me in depression. I haven’t used the platform in over 2 months I would like my money back that they took in that time. I had to fo see my GP and she put me on antidepressant tablets.
Suggested solution:
Return what they took out after I deleted my account so that I can pay my Insurance due monday I don't have the money to replace it for my Insurance stop taking money out of my account for something im not using.
