My complaint:

I followed a link to eharmony which offered a free three-day trial of the service. Believing this, I signed up for a six-month subscription. After trying the service, I realized it wasn’t for me and tried to cancel less than three days later. I sent an email asking to cancel and received a refund. They told me the offer was not valid in my state and so I would continue to be charged for all six months. I exchanged several emails with their customer service, in which they went through a series of offers- offered me free extensions of my subscription or to transfer it to a relative, but refused to give me a refund. I asked three times to cancel and receive a refund. They refused. My payal account was charged $131, and the customer service person said they plan to continue withdrawing payments after deleting my account so I can no longer access it.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money and stop withdrawing payments.
