eHarmony complaint: They refused to cancel my membership

My complaint:

Eharmony is refusing to cancel my subscription even though there are no eligible suitors in my area. I signed up with them in August and because it was after there 14 days policy they refused to cancel my 6 month membership. Instead they told me to adjust my settings in order to meet more men. I’ve already been quite flexible with my settings so this tells me they are not interested in helping people to find genuine connections. It’s just a business. I told them I wasn’t happy with the men on this site as they are either too old or just not in London where I’m based. There is just not enough men. I was duped by their false advertising and made to believe that there were more single suitable men on here..

Suggested solution:

Accept the cancellation and take no more money from my account. They should really refund me for this months too as every time I’ve checked it’s been the same. No new men.
