My complaint:
I approached the Customer Service to ask them when my membership was due to expire and I was told their was an issue with my account and that message were not properly sent previously so I would have to resend them and my membership was not functioning as it should. I was told I would get an extra month free membership and on reply on this I was then blocked for some reason and they would not tell me any more details of why and have ignored my emails since. I was originally looking to sign up for 2 years at the start of the year but each time I try to sign up it had issues and I was given extra time as a member thinking I was still on the same membership as before. I don’t know what the issue is and it can be difficult without a online chat or phone number to speak to an actual person to share my side of the story.
Suggested solution:
They should allow me to sign up for a membership as I was intending to do originally.
