My complaint:
I stopped using Eharmony months and months ago. I sent them an email cancelling my membership but they never did, so I changed my credit card to stop the unauthorized charge. Now they are seeking to collect more than $300 for a service that I did not use!!! Not only have they refer my account to a collection agency but have ruined my credit!!!
Suggested solution:
Clean my credit and stop harassing me for the money you are not entitled to collect under NY law!!! I am so ready to take your ass to court.
