My complaint:

Well there’s few things that I can describe,lack of professionalism,why,they proclaim them self’s to be the best network in UK but something here doesn’t seem right,I called customer service same said that antenas on this area are down or whatever,well two years ago I was in UK visiting family and both an ee SIM card top it up and happened,got same answer that o received two years ago??got a 40pounds voucher and want my money back or problem solved cause every call I do keeps only taking money and not able to speak !

Suggested solution:

2 options
1°money back,sounds for me the best one.
2°or simply connect me to an antenna that works .
