My complaint:
I was in the Ayr EE store, And was asking the legality of giving my friend my contract phone. And what the legality was if i did that. But Natilie Decided to give her opinion and not facts. My friend was going to pay me for the honor of doing this and i was going to continue paying my contract but natilie had and attitude and gave wrong information. Ie That if the phone broke my friend couldn’t get it fixed. Im sure my friend would have insured the device, Incase of an accident. But she continually said if it was her she would not take on this responsibility as she said that they couldn’t get the phone fixed, because it was not in her name! Yes she could have gotten it fixed by the insurance company she paid to insure the phone that i gave her. So between me and my friend was none of her business. So now because she had given wrong information and gave her opinions and said if it was her she wouldnt do it’ well excuse me. We are only asking is it illegal in anyway? She kept dedging a direct Question. So after my friend had left because of Natilies attitude and wrong information, I tried to make a complaint to David but he said backed Natilie up and lied and said she did not infact say ‘ any opinions…and that she only said fact…that was a lie ! And he said he listened to all of the conversation …that was a lie. Why was i being given wrong information and lied to by two staff members. Including the store manager himself. What sort of staff have no integrity. If i decided to gift my friend the phone and continue paying the contract then tjats my choice. She basically ruined my gift idea to my friend and now we have fallen out because of this cluster bomb 💣 of a situation. Where her opinion matters more than the facts. Why also did she have an attitude when i tried to explain ..so if i gift this phone to my son mother or friend and continually pay the contract! Why did she create a problem out of thin air. I also said well i would like to hand the phone back to you EE store. And she Refused to help or take the phone back but she was willing to take my details put them in her computer and then ask me for proof of identification. And i did so with no issue.
Suggested solution:
I would like Natalie and David To understand facts nit their opinions and to reprimand Natalie because of her attitude and opinions I have lost a long term friend
