My complaint:
Yesterday I had an appointment with the engineer from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
James showed up at 3:00 p.m., without prior notice to the client, of the delay, without education, no respect for the client.
I do not report anything to the client.
I demand that no BLACK, MUSLISM OR HINDU engineer appear at my home, since they have repeatedly shown that they are not professionals, and that they do not care to inform the client, since during their working hours, TOBY CABERY leaves to fill up their belly,and when they get tired they go to the job site,i have seen it countless times,lots of Openreach trucks,standing and even napping at the job site,i dont want lazy bums,unprofessionals,fire people these people, because they don’t deserve the country they live in or the job they have.
