My complaint:
I tested positive for Covid and called edream to have my ticket changed, not only customer service was unwilling to help, but she refused to let me speak to the manager. I asked for refund or credit because I can’t travel with Covid, she said no they don’t do that. When I asked to let me speak to the manager she said there are no managers and that she will put a request for them to call me and that it will take them 6 to 10 hrs to receive a call.
Suggested solution:
Change date of my ticket, it’s not my rules to not fly. What should I do, I have Covid.
