My complaint:
I have been waiting for my refund for two years and even they asked me to send them my bank statement even after the airline has already refunded them the money.
Worse service ever I would never use it in my life even if I am stuck in a country where eDream is the only service provider ill still never trust them.
They have no ethics and morals
It has been months now I am calling them every week.
Suggested solution:
Return the money which the airline has already refunded
