My complaint:

I started booking by changing the currency into egyptian pound and after I finalized my booking the website charged me in sterling pound also when i tried to cancel everything and have a refund . I’m not gonna have a full amount refund . I was charged with 1615 GBP and the refund will be 815 GBP .
Seriously?? How come . I subscribed by mistake for the insurance prime and I want a refund regarding both . How will I use it if I got my trip canceled already!! Please refund the whole amount . Thanks!
