My complaint:
My name is Yara Freitas,
And this week I tried buying a ticket for my family to go from Lisbon to Fortaleza. (3 people).
When we’re buying there was no ation number, and I never got a ation ticket. The charges were pending. Then I thought it was strange it didn’t ask for any passport numbers.
I tryed calling various times, and talked to various agents who put me on hold and never resolve the problem.
It has passed 5 days and still no answer to my complaint (7093367598)
and no ation of my ticket. Now I noticed the bank as charged bit still no ation number.
I would like to cancel this trip with a full refund since i havent had a reply for almost a week (too delayed to receive a ation email) which makes me not trust your services.

Suggested solution:
They should give a full refund since I never got an ation number or email of the flights.
And o dont want to wait more a d would like to cancel the trip.
