My complaint:
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my bank account.
I recently noticed that an unauthorized deduction was made from my bank account by Edreams Prime. I did not subscribe to or authorize any membership with Edreams Prime, and I request that the deducted amount be refunded to my account immediately.
Furthermore, I do not wish to be enrolled in Edreams Prime and kindly request that my account be reverted to its original status.
I would appreciate your attention to this matter and a resolution as soon as possible.
