My complaint:
j bought two arline tickets from Southampton to Glasgow and your company putt the wrong surname on the second passengerand didn’t have the decengy to change It back so I had to buy a 3rd ticket
Suggested solution:
they should give me the money backfor the 3rdtickey which cost me a extra 367 p0unds
