My complaint:
I still haven’t been refunded the remaining $93.95 from April’s cancelled flights. Jetstar refunded Edreams on May 25th to a card ending 0422 (not my card). Jetstar proved their transaction back to edreams by saying this: As per checking here that the amount of 93.95 AUD has been processed back to the Travel Agency who made this booking.
It was refunded last 25May, and we do have the transaction number. You may provide this transaction number to the eDreams for them to locate the refund on their end.
Edreams refuse to pay me, saying they never received the refund from Jetstar. please help!
