My complaint:
EDreams ed by email an incorrect departure date 20 rather than the correct 22 that I had made. I notified them immediately, within 5 hours of receiving first ation and within 9 hours of the original purchase. I am convinced a full refund is justified. Instead, they’ve refunded €87 on the €634 ticket. Dishonest! I bought a replacement ticket directly from the airline for the correct 22 date. The airline ed that no ticket was ever issued in my name for the 20th, undermining eDreams argument that the airline is to blame for the drastic refund reduction. Theft of €547 ??
