My complaint:
eDreams has not refunded my ticket of $1,500 for Dec 23, 2021 — even tho’ the airline ed that the trip was canceled, and even tho’ eDreams promises that it will provide a refund. It’s app provides no possibility of speaking with an agent.
Suggested solution:
Provide the promised refund.
