My complaint:
Spent a lot of money for airfare, called them with an issue and not only did they refuse to help in any way, but were very rude and demeaning. When forwarded to their website, the month changes and they allow you to pick the wrong dates without giving you a refund. I will never use them again and I advise you to stay away from this company.
