My complaint:
Hi,
I did a first booking with edreams; I needed to change the dates so I called and the agent said he changed it and asked me $470 which I paid. I realized one week before to go that my flight was never changed but my money taken. Having lost confidence in that company I booked another airlines and tried to reach Edreams to get my money back – all of it- or to get new dates later on as I have a new flight ticket. Without checking with me, they really – this time- change my dates to the dates I asked one month ago which I don’t need as I have a new ticket and don’t want to change it to new dates later on. They did 2 mistakes: to take my money without changing the dates of the ticket first and then, when I complained to change it to the dates I wanted one month ago and that I don’t need anymore without asking me. So, I want my money back or the new dates later on.
Suggested solution:
Either they reimburse me of everything or they move the dates of my flight to the possible date for me: - departure date from Philadelphia to Paris the 18th of April 2023
- return date the 3rd of May 2024 from Paris to Philadelphia.
