My complaint:

We were not allowed to board our flight home as we didn’t have a yellow fever vaccine, which we were not informed we needed. Had paid extra for insurance and could not get hold of them to reschedule flight. Still stuck in Brazil and had to buy new return tickets at our own cost. Spent all day trying to get hold of them to change flight could not.

Suggested solution:

Refund and help pay for extra expenses.
