I was charged an extra 54.99 Euros for no reason after a return trip Rome-Bucharest-Rome. I filed a complaint, I cancelled my credit card and reported to the bank and to the police as fraud.
I received the attached email on Nov 22, 2022, but until now no refund was made. Just this morning checked again.
I made several communications, I was informed that I will get an update of the situation in 72 hours. Nothing, nothing.
As mentioned – I cancelled my previous credit card. In order to make the refund I suppose you need the IBAN of my bank. Nobody asked for that, so how the refund could be done? Very appreciated if you could clarify the situation. Regards
Returning my money. I would appreciate if this could be done asap, as is taking an awful amount of time. Also, I would like to receive by email a proof of payment. Thanks and regards
