My complaint:
The microwave was filthy inside. Refrigerator is dirty. The bathtub is dirty too. I don’t think the cleaning lady visited this room at all. I pulled the blankets down to check sheets for bedbugs, and saw a pubic hair on the sheet – which says the sheets weren’t changed. We’ve been traveling all day and are tired. I will wear my flip flops in the morning when I take my shower. We have more traveling to do, but I won’t ever, ever, EVER stay at another Econo-Lodge and will warn everyone I know against them.
This place should be closed to the public! The photos I took with my cell phone haven’t synced with this iPad yet. I can try to send tomorrow.
Suggested solution:
We chose to stay despite everything, being too tired for more hassle, so I am not asking for a full refund. I would think half the cost should be returned at least, since there is a clear failure to present a reasonably clean environment.
