My complaint:
I stayed at the hotel for the first time ever on March 10th the next morning I had hotel employees beating on my door saying I had to leave the property immediately or they were going to call police. I already had a reservation booked for March 17th that is paid for I’m trying to get my money back but no one will seems to know how to refund me
