Econo Lodge complaint: Dirty room, found another hotel, still charged us for stay, will not refund money.

My complaint:

Room was dirty, they gave us a different room, it was dirty, asked for a refund, they said come back next day when manager was there, did that took a while but only refunded for 1night, they had charged us for 2. Have called 4 times..nothing

Suggested solution:

Promptly refund money for room.
