My complaint:
I sold merchandise on ebay and the seller paid for the merchandise. Ebay deducted their fee immediately after receiving the sellers money and put my funds on hold.
They told me they were holding the funds until the seller picked up the merchandise and the seller would need to send a message ing he received the items. The seller sent the message ing he received the merchandise; however, EBay is still holding my money!!
Suggested solution:
By releasing my funds.
