My complaint:
I sold an item and the buyer wrote me stating the item was fine but had other issues when trying to add his own parts. He then opened a case and I was forced to offer a refund. On the packaging slip he stated he never said my item was defective. He is basically saying eBay told him to lie and state that is the reason for the return. eBay has been very dishonest they claimed they would offer me a 1 time courtesy after I signed the affidavit which I did. eBay rep then did not honor that and never even looked into the previous rep that said I would get the credit.
Suggested solution:
eBay charged my bank account even though I told them I do not agree nor legally allow them to debit my bank account since they already said they would provide the courtesy amount in question refund back to the buyer but not debit me. I think they should refund me back plus my shipping I had to pay both times.
