I am contacting you to inform you that my ebay account has been suspended.
after trying to log into my account, i got an email saying my account was suspended
I informed via chat that there were several login notifications in my email with attempts to login to my account
I communicated to the attendant and asked why my account had been suspended only in response he said that nothing could be done.
After many attempts via chat and no answers I went to check and my account was still suspended
I am contacting you to ask you to unlock my account so that I can be part of the ebay buyer community again
I believe it was blocked for security reasons, but if necessary I can send my personal data such as RG or others for verification
I will happily return to ebay again. I will be grateful for your help and satisfaction
I love ebay, and would like to make new purchases, but to do so I need to restore my access. thank you darling

yes i thought it was unfair because i bought amazon gift cards and added the account
I bought two cell phones, but not which one I had to return because what was described in the description did not correspond to the item delivered because the devices arrived with a scratched screen in a bad state of use.
The only thing I did was this, I bought a gift card at a store and added it to ebay, I bought a gift card on ebay in the US, in dollars and made the purchase, I requested the return of the devices, and soon a message arrived that my account had been blocked, suspended i.e. my account had more than $500 gift card refund on which was in the suspended account
Please, I ask for your kindness and understanding to review my account carefully. I would like to buy again on ebay, but after the fact I have doubts.
the devices were returned to the seller and the ebay gift card balance was returned to the account, which I do not have access to, I am unable to purchase any more items, i.e. I have $500 dollars in the suspended account
