My complaint:
I PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM EBAY , WAS NOT THE RIGHT ITEM , I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING BACK AND NOT TO WORRY I WOULD GET A REFUND FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING AND THE ITEM , I PAID TO SHIP IT BACK , AND RECIEVED A REFUND ON THE ITEM , THEN I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD NOT GET A REFUND FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING , I FOUGHT IT AND RECIEVED TWO EMAILS FROM COSTOMER CARE THHAT I WOULD GET A REFUND ON THE RETURN SHIPPING SO I WAITED OVER 3 WEEKS AND DID NOT RECIEVE THE REFUND AND WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT GET THE REFUND , NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH A REFUND , EBAY COSTOMER CARE LIES TO ITS COSTOMERS , THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY , VERY BAD COSTOMER CARE
