My complaint:
On Feb 10, EBAY permanently suspended my account for violating policy without an explanation. They are holding $350 of previously sold and paid for items until my account is reinstated; however, the email says PERMANENTLY suspended. Their chat experts are unable to help. Their website screens are no help. The only telephone number is for fraud. They did not answer two notes by regular mail. You cannot respond to their email online because it comes from an unmonitored mailbox with no reply button although it says to appeal by responding to the email. I would like to know how to be reinstated but moreso, I would like to know when I will receive the money from buyers that have have received my items and paid.
Suggested solution:
Reinstatement would be nice so I could use EBAY.
More importantly, I want the money for items that have been paid for and they are holding - $350.
