My complaint:
Easyjet allegedly providing option for a refund be referring to customer support. No option to apply online, and when trying to contact costumer support the call is being hanged allegedly due to many calls, and there is no option to wait on line or leave a message. Easyjet trying to exhaust the customer so he will have to reschedule the flight instead of receiving refund. Of course it is very easy to reschedule, its online, no need to contact pointlessly to a costumer support that probably doesnt take any calls.
Suggested solution:
Provide option to receive refund online!
